From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a mother. But like many women, my journey to parenthood wasn’t without its challenges. At 30 years old, I found myself single and wondering if I would ever have children. My biological clock was ticking and that brought feelings of despair and uncertainty. Thankfully, my path took a positive turn, and I became a mother to two beautiful children—conceived naturally—at ages 36 and 39.
I know how isolating this journey can feel, and I want you to know that you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to provide you with expert guidance, emotional support, and practical strategies to help you take control of your fertility journey.
I strongly believe that creating healthy families starts with addressing the root causes of fertility challenges. My work is driven by a deep desire to help couples experience the joy of parenthood and to see healthy, happy babies born into the world. There is no greater feeling for me than having my clients call me and say “ Sue we’re pregnant!”
My expert opinion is often sought after on radio and TV shows and I speak at events. I am the author of the award winning book Love your Gut and co-author of a further five books.
When I’m not helping my clients, I love music, cooking, travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family and spending time out in nature. I live in Leicestershire with my husband and am incredibly proud of my grown-up son and daughter and my first grandchild, not to mention my well-loved crazy cat Bella.
If you’re ready to take the next step toward together, we’ll work to create the best environment your body needs to nurture life and bring your dream of parenthood to reality.
However, the demanding nature of my career, constant stress, and neglect of self-care eventually took a toll on my health. At my breaking point, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Disease, which forced me to re-evaluate every aspect of my life. I didn’t want to live a compromised life. I began to embrace a holistic approach, focusing on healing my mind, body, and spirit. Through lifestyle and diet changes, gut health restoration, mindset shifts and energy healing, I was able to fully recover from the Hashimoto’s disease despite being told by my doctor that it wasn’t possible.
This experience ignited my passion for helping others. I discovered that many of the behaviours and stresses that contributed to my health struggles are also common among women facing not only health but also fertility challenges. I also learnt through my constant research and from my own personal experience just how important gut health is not only to our physical and mental health, but to our fertility. Over the years, by taking an holistic approach and addressing the root causes, I’ve helped countless women to start living healthier, happier lives, but also increasing their chances of conceiving.
To guide and educate couples worldwide by promoting a deeper understanding of why preparing for conception holistically is so vital to not only conception, but in creating healthy babies. I envision a world where every couple feels empowered to take control of their fertility, cultivate lasting health for themselves, and bring healthy, happy, confident children into the world.
To empower and support couples struggling to conceive by providing a compassionate, holistic approach that addresses the root causes of fertility challenges. Through personalised guidance, education, and emotional support, I help create the optimal environment for conception, enabling couples to achieve their dream of having a healthy, happy baby while nurturing their overall well-being.

Doctors focus on the physical aspects of reproduction. My approach looks at the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—addressing root causes like stress, gut health, nutrition and lifestyle factors that impact fertility but are often overlooked in conventional medicine.
Clients come to me experiencing different challenges and it’s by discussing their unique situation in total confidence we can decide whether I can help or not. Some have tried unsuccessfully for years and have successfully conceived. What sets my program apart is its holistic nature, focusing on all aspects of fertility, from physical health to emotional and spiritual well-being.
My approach complements IVF by addressing key factors like nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, and gut health. By creating an optimal environment for egg and sperm health, we aim to increase your chances of IVF success and improve the overall health of your future baby.
Yes. While IVF may be necessary for some, my programme focuses on boosting natural fertility and overall health to enhance your chances of success with or without IVF.
Every individual is different, but many clients notice improvements in their overall health, energy, and mindset within a few weeks. Fertility benefits often follow as your body responds to the positive changes. I’ve had clients who have conceived 2 months after completing my programme.

I wish I could. Sometimes a pregnancy, for reasons beyond anyone’s control, just doesn’t happen. However, what I can promise is that you will feel healthier, more energised, calmer and more positive about life, but you will also be creating an environment that will increase your chances of success.
Absolutely. It is just as important for same sex couples who are looking to conceive to take the time to prepare for conception in order to increase their chances of conceiving and having a healthy baby. As well as stepping into parenthood healthy and positive about life.
