I believe that bringing a new life into this world is probably one of the most important things we do in life.  Yet many of us do very little in terms of preparing ourselves, so that we are in the best place physically, mentally and emotionally when we conceive. It’s not something that is really talked about and it certainly isn’t something taught when we are in school.
